Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your own lighting. Sample swatches are available for most of our collections and typically ship within 3-5 business days.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items generally ship within 5-7 business days. For custom stone fabrications or out-of-stock tiles, lead times can range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the material and origin.
How do I calculate how much tile I need to order?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% 'overage' to account for cuts, breakages, and future repairs. Our team is available via chat to help you with specific calculations.
What is your return policy for tile and stone?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-cut stones and clearance items are final sale.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Fayrouz Tile and Stone is a premium material supplier. While we do not provide direct installation, we can provide a list of recommended and certified contractors in your local area.
Are your natural stone products sealed?
Our natural stones are delivered in their natural state. We strongly recommend sealing all stone products after installation to protect against staining and moisture, especially in high-traffic areas or bathrooms.
