At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. If your materials are not a perfect fit for your home project, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and uninstalled tiles.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged goods.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix your shipping label and RMA number clearly to the exterior of the pallet or box, and dispatch the shipment via a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned materials to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
